This Paver patio project was installed in Mount Gretna, PA. The project consisted of approximately 850 square feet of techo bloc blu 60 paver patio. There is a smaller elevated patio landing area when you first walk outside. This then opens up to the much larger and main patio area. off to the side of the main patio are is another smaller patio. This area is covered by a beautiful 12 x 14 alipine pavilion. The surrounding area was completed with new landscape beds and plantings around the perimeter. A landscape lighting system was also installed throughout the project area. Now this is an outdoor space built for living and entertaining with family and friends, surrounded by beautiful scenic views.

This is a propane fed square natural stone fire pit constructed of sandstone barn steps measuring about 5′ wide and 18′ deep. The propane fire is recessed 6″ below the top surface and topped with fire glass so the fire pit can double as a sitting area for guests. This Project consisted of a 1,200 square foot, natural tan flagstone haven. Included are a variety of entertainment, dining and relaxation areas anchored by a large outdoor kitchen. The pavilion is accented with a gas fireplace, LED lighting, an outdoor TV and sound system. The Outdoor Kitchen included a 30” grill with two side burners, sink, a beer kegerator, custom cabinets, marble counter top, and pergola. A natural stone walkway and natural stone steps connects the upper kitchen area with the covered entertainment area. Also included in the project was sodding and seeding of all disturbed areas as well as surrounding landscaping included mulch beds and plants.
This project consisted of a flagstone patio, multiple boulder retaining walls, under drain system, stone steps, and seeding. This was the first phase of a multiple phase project. Future phases will include a complete outdoor kitchen area, outdoor living and lounge area, pergola, pondless waterfall, and landscaping. This backyard renovation is any homeowners dream, complete with the whole package, water features, landscaping, and hardscaping. The Landscaping includes a boulder wall along the low corner of the house, two patios using PA Thermal Flagstone on the upper patio and PA irregular flagstone on the lower patio. At the back of the home a set of steps were installed to exit the home and a combination of ramp and step at the second exit door. All downspouts were buried and directed to the back yard on the outside edge of the plant beds. A large scale water feature was installed and includes LED lighting, pond plants and fish. The water feature is a series of 8′ x11′ upper pond, 18′ long varying width stream/Channel for fish to swim between the two ponds, 11’x16′ lower pond and zero edge spill way falling through the lower patio into a disappearing basin. The water feature will begin with a wetland bog filter at the upper end of the first pond. The water feature has an Iongen 2 Algae Control System to make the care of the feature as maintenance free as possible. An outdoor kitchen island designed to hold the “Big Green Egg” and a sink built into the island is installed just off the patio area. Lastly, we installed plantings and mulched all new plant beds and seeded the disturbed soil in the back yard area.
This project included just about everything a homeowner could want. We installed a complete outdoor kitchen, stamped concrete patio, fire pit, and landscape lighting through out the property. The outdoor kitchen was complete with a fridge, kegerator, grill, sink, stove top burner, extra storage cabinets, marble counter top, and stone veneer on top a dyed stamped concrete patio. The fire pit area included a stone veneered fire pit, boulder retaining wall, boulder seating walls, stone steps, and river gravel (gravel lok) landing area. We also install low-voltage LED lighting throughout the property and landscape. This project was build in willow street (Lancaster county) PA.
